In
etymology, yoga comes from the ancient sanskrit language, yuj which means union
or self-union. Yoga has three different meanings, namely absorption (samadhi
(yujyate), connecting (yunakti) and control (yojyanti).
Understanding yoga is a science that explains the relationship between fsik,
mental and spiritual human to achieve a holistic health system (Holistic) which
is formed from ancient Indian culture. Yoga was first introduced by an Indian
legend who lived around 200-500 BC named Patanjali in the book Sutras Yoga.
Yoga is a union between the spiritual soul and the universal soul or limitation
of the mind that is always moving or a system that is systematic in carrying
out spiritual practice to achieve inner peace and exercise physically to
achieve physical and spiritual health so that it is called Jiwan Mukti.
